It operates through the following segments: Sempra California, Sempra Texas Utilities, Sempra Infrastructure, and All Other. The Sempra Texas Utilities holds investment in Oncor Holdings. The Sempra Infrastructure includes the operating companies of subsidiary, SI Partners, as well as a holding company and certain services companies.
